Top 10 iGaming CRM Software for 2026

Last updated: 15 October 2026

iGaming CRM software decides which players get which offer, on which channel, at what moment. In 2026 it also decides whether you breach a regulator’s rules. A journey that keeps sending bonus emails to a player showing harm markers, or an SMS sent without product-level consent, is now a licence problem, not just a marketing mistake.

The short answer: Fast Track and Optimove are the strongest iGaming CRM platforms for regulated operators in 2026, with Xtremepush and Smartico close behind for real-time engagement and gamification. Symplify, BetConstruct CRM, Solitics, GR8 Tech CRM, InTarget and OptiKPI each fit specific operator profiles. The right pick depends on three things: how the CRM handles responsible gambling suppression, which player account management (PAM) platforms it integrates with natively, and how it stores consent per product and channel.

This guide compares ten platforms on the criteria operators actually decide on, explains how iGaming CRM pricing works, shows what the UK’s 10x wagering cap does to bonus costs, maps 2026 market rules to CRM features, and lists the questions to ask in every demo.

Everything here comes from each vendor’s own documentation, product pages and case studies, third-party review sites like G2 and Capterra, trade coverage, and primary regulatory texts, and none of the vendors paid to be included.

Feature matrix: what each CRM documents publicly

“Yes” means the vendor documents the feature on its own site or in official material. “Partial” means a related capability is documented but not the full feature. “Not stated” means we could not find public documentation, which does not prove the feature is missing. Ask for it in your demo.

PlatformReal-time triggersGamificationRG / risk detectionAI / predictiveOmnichannelNative PAM integrationsPublic pricing

The pattern matters: almost every vendor documents triggers, gamification and AI, but only a few publish how they detect harm and suppress marketing to at-risk players. That is the feature regulators now test, so it belongs at the top of your demo script.

What is iGaming CRM software?

iGaming CRM software is the system that segments players, triggers personalised messages and offers across channels, and measures whether those actions improve retention and lifetime value. In gambling, CRM means player relationship management driven by live betting and gaming data, not a sales pipeline.

How is an iGaming CRM different from a generic CRM?

Generic CRMs and marketing clouds struggle in gambling because the events that matter (a first deposit, a losing streak, a self-exclusion, a big win) happen in real time inside your PAM, and the rules about what you may send depend on the player’s market, product and risk profile.

Generic CRM or marketing cloudiGaming CRM
Data sourceWebsite, app and sales eventsLive PAM, sportsbook and casino events (deposits, bets, wins, limits)
Bonus engineNone; you build itBonus and reward logic tied to wallet and wagering rules
Responsible gamblingNot includedSuppression of self-excluded or flagged players, often with harm detection
ConsentUsually per channelPer product and per channel, as UK rules require
Retention toolsMessaging and journeysMessaging plus missions, tournaments, jackpots and loyalty

The five jobs a gambling-grade CRM has to do

  1. Real-time event handling. Act on deposits, bets, wins and status changes within seconds, which needs a direct feed from your PAM. If you are unsure how that data flows, our guide to what a PAM is in iGaming explains it.
  2. Responsible gambling suppression. Stop every journey and bonus for a player the moment a harm marker, deposit limit or self-exclusion is triggered.
  3. Consent by product and channel. Store whether a player accepts casino email but not sports SMS, and check it at send time.
  4. Retention mechanics. Missions, tournaments, loyalty and personalised offers that keep players engaged without relying only on cash bonuses.
  5. Measurement. Control groups and uplift reporting, so you know which campaigns actually add revenue.

How much does iGaming CRM software cost?

Only two of the ten vendors here publish a starting price: InTarget from โ‚ฌ750 a month and BetConstruct CRM from โ‚ฌ1,500 a month. Everyone else quotes per deal. What you are really negotiating is the pricing basis, because it decides how the bill grows with your player base.

Pricing basisWho uses it (public information)What to watch
Data volume, active profiles and modulesOptimove (Ignite+ package for start-ups)Add-on modules such as gamification can be priced separately

Quote only, no basis publishedFast Track, Xtremepush, Symplify, Solitics, OptiKPIAsk for the pricing metric in writing before the demo

Messaging costs sit on top of the licence. Xtremepush’s own cost guide puts international SMS at roughly $0.05 to $0.10 per message segment, so a single reactivation SMS to 50,000 lapsed players costs about $2,500 to $5,000 before any bonus is paid. Ask every vendor whether SMS is passed through at cost or marked up.

What the UK 10x wagering cap does to your bonus costs

Since 19 January 2026, UK operators can attach no more than 10x wagering to a bonus, and promotions that require players to use more than one type of gambling are banned. That changes the economics of every CRM-driven offer, and it is the clearest reason precise targeting now matters more than volume. Our UKGC licence guide covers the wider licence conditions behind these rules.

Assumptions for this simplified illustration: a ยฃ20 casino bonus, a slot with 96% RTP (a 4% house edge), and a player who completes the wagering requirement and withdraws whatever is left.

35x wagering (typical before 2026)10x wagering (UK from January 2026)
Amount the player must wagerยฃ700ยฃ200

Real results vary with player behaviour, game choice and abandonment, so treat these numbers as directional, not a forecast. The point is structural: under the cap, a badly targeted bonus now costs real money. That shifts value toward CRMs with strong segmentation, uplift measurement, non-cash rewards such as missions and free-to-play games, and automatic suppression of players who should not receive offers at all.

How this list was built

We started from the vendors in the current Google results, Google’s AI Overview and the comparison pages ranking for this topic, then checked each one against the same criteria:

  • Responsible gambling and compliance: harm detection, automatic suppression, consent management and audit trails.
  • Retention and automation depth: real-time journeys, gamification, AI models and uplift measurement.
  • Integrations and data: named PAM and platform integrations and data access.
  • Evidence of operator adoption: named iGaming clients, case studies and third-party reviews.
  • Pricing transparency: whether pricing is published and how it is structured.

Sources checked: each vendor’s website and product pages; G2 and Capterra; trade coverage from iGaming Business, SBC News and GlobeNewswire; and regulator texts from the UK Gambling Commission and Ontario’s AGCO. We did not run hands-on tests, and no vendor reviewed this article before publication. General marketing clouds without gambling-specific tooling are covered separately below rather than ranked. Read more about our methodology.

How the ranking was decided

The order reflects fit for licensed operators. Each platform was graded on the strength of public evidence for five weighted criteria: responsible gambling and compliance tooling (30%), retention and automation depth (25%), integrations and data (20%), evidence of operator adoption (15%) and pricing transparency (10%). “Strong” means detailed public documentation backed by third-party sources or named regulated clients, “Documented” means the vendor documents it, and “Limited” means little or no public detail.

Where grades are close, operator adoption in regulated markets decided the order. Vendors can change a grade by publishing the missing documentation, and we update this table when they do.

The 10 best iGaming CRM platforms in 2026

1. Fast Track

Fast Track iGaming CRM homepage

Fast Track is a real-time CRM built only for iGaming. Of the platforms reviewed, it publishes the most complete combination of harm detection, compliance workflows and named platform integrations, which is why it ranks first for regulated operators.

  • Best for: regulated, multi-brand casino and sportsbook operators that need real-time CRM and responsible gambling controls in one system.
  • Responsible gambling: real-time harm markers, RG flags in the data model and jurisdiction-aware compliance workflows. Greco, a gameplay-risk and bonus-abuse engine acquired in February 2025, became a core Fast Track product in January 2026.
  • Retention and AI: real-time journeys, Fast Track Rewards gamification, a natural-language AI layer launched in September 2025 and agentic workflows added in May 2026.
  • Integrations: 35+ named platforms, including EveryMatrix, SOFTSWISS, BetConstruct, GiG, Pragmatic Solutions, EGT Digital, Altenar and White Hat, plus Kafka and RabbitMQ feeds.
  • Channels: push, chat, voice, on-site, email and SMS, with 20+ SMS and email providers supported.
  • Clients (vendor claim): Betsson Group, Flutter, Stanleybet, LCKY and Aposta Ganha among others.
  • Pricing: quote only.
  • What users say: G2 4.8/5 from 11 reviews. The review base is small, so ask for references from operators in your markets.
  • Watch for: WhatsApp is not listed as a native channel, and pricing is not published.

2. Optimove

Optimove iGaming CRM homepage

Optimove is a customer-led marketing platform with a deep iGaming footprint and the largest review base of the iGaming-specific vendors here. It says it serves more than half of the EGR Power 50 operators. In April 2026 it agreed to acquire Smartico, with both brands, teams and roadmaps announced to stay independent. The announcement said the deal was expected to close within weeks, but we found no public confirmation that it has closed.

  • Best for: tier-1 and growth-stage operators that want predictive AI, rigorous control-group measurement and strong compliance controls.
  • Responsible gambling and consent: a pre-send compliance check that excludes self-excluded or ineligible players, per-product and per-channel consent management with audit trails, and an at-risk player detection model first launched in 2023.
  • Retention and AI: real-time triggers, 20+ AI models, AI agents that flag churn risk and choose offers and send times, Optimove Gamify (missions, badges, mini-games and virtual currency), promotion budget caps and built-in control groups for uplift measurement.
  • Channels: email, SMS, push, web, casino lobby, WhatsApp and ad networks.
  • Integrations: partner logos include Kambi, Playtech, EveryMatrix, Pragmatic Play, SOFTSWISS, GiG and Bragg.
  • Clients (vendor claim): Entain, bet365, Caesars, FDJ United, Sisal, Lottomatica, Stake and Lottoland.
  • Pricing: quote only, priced by data volume, active profiles and modules, with an Ignite+ package for start-ups.
  • What users say: G2 4.6/5 from 236 reviews. Users praise ease of use, segmentation, analytics and support. Recurring complaints are the learning curve, batch data loads and occasionally slow performance.
  • Watch for: it is a significant investment for small operators, and integration depth with your PAM should be proven in a demo.

3. Xtremepush

Xtremepush iGaming CRM homepage

Xtremepush is a real-time customer data and engagement platform with strong sportsbook credentials. In January 2026 it acquired Scrimmage to build out XP Loyalty, adding a dedicated loyalty layer to its existing gamification.

  • Best for: sportsbooks and multi-product operators that want campaigns triggered by live sports events and player behaviour.
  • Retention and AI: a real-time CDP, sports-feed triggers, XP Gamify, XP Loyalty and InfinityAI models for churn and VIP prediction.
  • Channels: email, SMS, push, web, in-app and on-site.
  • Integrations: partner logos include Kambi, Playtech, GiG, OpenBet, IGT and EveryMatrix.
  • Clients (vendor claim): Fanatics, BetMGM, Caesars, Entain, Betsson, Superbet and OPAP.
  • Pricing: quote only.
  • What users say: G2 4.4/5 from 263 reviews, the largest review base of the iGaming-native vendors here. Read recent reviews from operators in your markets before shortlisting.
  • Watch for: responsible gambling content on its site centres on consent management, so ask how it suppresses players flagged for harm. WhatsApp is not listed as a native channel.

4. Smartico

Smartico iGaming CRM homepage

Smartico combines CRM and gamification in one bundle and is one of the most widely deployed gamification engines in iGaming. Optimove agreed to acquire it in April 2026, and both companies say Smartico will keep its own brand, team, pricing and roadmap.

  • Best for: operators that want gamification at the centre of retention without buying two separate tools.
  • Retention and AI: behaviour-based triggers, free-to-play games, raffles, tournaments, jackpots, missions and loyalty, plus AI churn and lifetime-value prediction and send-time optimisation.
  • Scale (vendor claim): 1,000+ brands, with multi-brand setups at no extra fee.
  • Clients (vendor claim): Digitain, ProgressPlay, White Hat Gaming and 4RABET.
  • Pricing: tiered by monthly active users with CRM and gamification bundled. Figures are quote only.
  • What customers say (from Smartico’s site): its named clients include platform providers as well as operators, and it cites more than 1,000 brands running its tools. Independent ratings were not verifiable at the time of writing.
  • Watch for: responsible gambling tooling is not described publicly, and the pending Optimove deal is worth discussing in contract terms.

5. Symplify

Symplify iGaming CRM homepage

Symplify is a Swedish engagement platform with an iGaming product that puts responsible gambling triggers and European data residency front and centre.

  • Best for: European operators that need documented RG interventions and want data hosted in the EU.
  • Responsible gambling: RG triggers with automatic interventions, bonus-abuse risk scoring and consent management.
  • Retention and AI: real-time journeys fed by PAM data, failed-deposit recovery and predictive AI.
  • Channels: email, SMS, instant messaging, voice, push, dynamic web content and even print.
  • Clients (vendor claim): WiseGaming, which Symplify says achieved a 7% retention increase, and Green Feather Online.
  • Pricing: quote only.
  • What customers say (from Symplify’s site): its WiseGaming case study reports a 7% retention increase. Independent ratings were not verifiable at the time of writing.
  • Watch for: it says it integrates with PAM platforms but does not name them publicly, so confirm yours is supported. Its own “best iGaming CRM” list ranks Symplify first, so weigh vendor-written comparisons accordingly.

6. BetConstruct CRM

BetConstruct CRM is the CRM module of the BetConstruct platform and one of the few iGaming CRMs with a published starting price. It is best known for its segmentation depth.

  • Best for: operators already running on BetConstruct, since the CRM is offered to BetConstruct partners.
  • Retention and AI: 300+ segmentation filters, real-time journeys and AI-based player-loss prediction.
  • Channels: email, SMS, push, pop-ups, Telegram and Viber, which suits markets where messaging apps dominate.
  • Pricing: from โ‚ฌ1,500 per month, priced by active players, with a one-month free trial (vendor).
  • What customers say (from BetConstruct’s site): the product page focuses on segmentation depth and the free trial; no named CRM case studies are published.
  • Watch for: it is tied to the BetConstruct ecosystem, and responsible gambling tooling inside the CRM is not described in detail.

7. Solitics

Solitics iGaming CRM homepage

Solitics is a real-time engagement platform serving iGaming, trading and banking, with one of the widest channel lists in this ranking.

  • Best for: operators running both gambling and trading brands, or teams that rely on WhatsApp and voice.
  • Retention and AI: real-time triggers (the vendor quotes speeds of under two seconds), gamified widgets such as spin-the-wheel and scratch cards, missions, and predictive churn and lifetime-value models.
  • Channels: email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, social and voice.
  • Clients (vendor claim): Codere and AdmiralBet, plus trading firms such as AvaTrade.
  • Pricing: quote only.
  • What customers say (from Solitics’ site): named clients include Codere and AdmiralBet. Independent ratings were not verifiable at the time of writing.
  • Watch for: responsible gambling tooling is not described publicly, and the vendor’s trigger-speed figures vary between pages (both 0.8 and 1.8 seconds are quoted), so test latency in your demo.

8. GR8 Tech CRM

GR8 Tech CRM homepage

GR8 Tech CRM is the retention module of the GR8 Tech iGaming platform, usually bought as part of a platform bundle with its sportsbook and casino products.

  • Best for: operators choosing GR8 Tech as their platform and wanting CRM and gamification without a separate vendor.
  • Retention: a drag-and-drop journey builder, bonus presets, quests, tournaments, achievements, lootboxes and prediction games, with SMS, email, push and pop-up channels.
  • Responsible gambling: handled by a separate KYC and RG module, with limited public detail.
  • Pricing: quote only, typically bundled.
  • What customers say (from GR8 Tech’s site): the vendor publishes performance claims for its gamification tools, without a stated methodology.
  • Watch for: value depends on using the wider GR8 Tech platform.

9. InTarget

InTarget iGaming CRM homepage

InTarget is a lightweight iGaming CRM aimed at operators that want to launch quickly and keep costs predictable.

  • Best for: start-ups and smaller operators that need core automation fast.
  • Features: 50+ ready-made triggers, email, SMS and push, an AI data helper and an MCP server for AI tooling.
  • Pricing: plans from โ‚ฌ750 per month, with a one-week go-live and free migration (vendor).
  • What customers say (from InTarget’s site): the vendor highlights quick onboarding and migration support; named client case studies are not published.
  • Watch for: no PAM integrations or responsible gambling tooling are documented publicly.

10. OptiKPI

OptiKPI iGaming CRM homepage

OptiKPI, from Finland’s Gaming Crafts, combines a real-time customer data platform with missions, rewards and an AI copilot.

  • Best for: mid-size operators that want CDP, CRM and gamification in one product.
  • Features: a real-time CDP (the vendor claims sub-second processing), missions and rewards inside the CRM, and an AI copilot for building campaigns.
  • Channels: email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and an on-site inbox.
  • Scale (vendor claim): 50+ businesses.
  • Pricing: quote only.
  • What customers say (from OptiKPI’s site): the vendor cites 50+ businesses using the platform; named client case studies are not published. Its marketing also cites 30 to 40% retention improvements without a source, so ask for the underlying data.
  • Watch for: responsible gambling tooling and PAM integrations are not documented publicly.

Other options worth knowing

  • Braze: a general customer engagement platform (G2 4.4/5 from 1,944 reviews) used by some US operators, with a PrizePicks case study. It prices on monthly active users. Strong orchestration, but no gambling-specific bonus or RG engine, so compliance logic is yours to build.
  • EveryMatrix EngageSuite: a gamification and engagement layer with bonus, tournament, loyalty, challenge, jackpot and mini-game modules. Worth a look if you already run EveryMatrix products.
  • Gamanza Engage: a gamification and engagement layer with partnerships in Germany and Latin America and an Optimove integration. Useful as an add-on rather than a full CRM.
  • Enteractive: a player reactivation service run by agents rather than CRM software. It complements a CRM for lapsed players but does not replace one.
  • General marketing clouds: CleverTap, Insider, Iterable and Salesforce Marketing Cloud can work for large teams with engineering capacity, but none ship gambling-specific RG or bonus tooling.

What 2026 market rules mean for your CRM

Most CRM rankings compare features in the abstract. In practice, the markets you hold licences in decide which features are mandatory. Here is what the rules require and what your CRM has to do about each.

MarketThe ruleWhat your CRM has to doQuestion for the demo
UKSR code 3.4.3 requires operators to stop marketing and new bonus offers where there are strong indicators of harm, using automated processes.Suppress every live journey and bonus the moment a harm flag is raised, with an audit trail and manual review.“Show me a self-excluded or flagged player being removed from an in-flight journey.”
UKSR code 5.1.12, in force since 1 May 2025, requires opt-in to direct marketing per product and per channel.Store consent as a product-by-channel matrix and check it at send time.“Show me one player who accepts casino email but not sports SMS.”
UKFrom 19 January 2026, wagering is capped at 10x and incentives cannot mix betting, casino, bingo and lottery.Tag every offer by product and block cross-product rewards by default.“Can a casino reward ever reach a sports-only player by mistake?”
OntarioThe AGCO’s standards allow inducement offers only through direct marketing to players who consented on the operator’s own site, and ban public inducement advertising.Record where and when consent was given, and keep bonus content out of public channels.“Where do you store the source of each player’s consent?”
BrazilLaw 14.790 bans advance bonuses. Regulators have said welcome or deposit bonuses are banned, while loyalty rewards for existing players remain allowed.Shift spend from acquisition bonuses to loyalty, missions and gamified rewards for registered players.“Show me a loyalty mechanic that never rewards a first deposit.”
BrazilOrdinance 1.231/2024, as amended, bars certain people from betting and requires operators to notify affected players by email, messaging apps or SMS within one day.Suppress barred players from marketing instantly and send compliant service messages on the same channels.“How fast does a status change stop every live journey for that player?”
KenyaThe Gambling Control Act 2025, in force since 26 August 2025, requires prior approval for gambling ads through any communication channel.Lock templates after approval, keep version history and stop unapproved edits going live.“Who can change an approved SMS, and is that change logged?”
IndiaThe Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 bans offering and advertising online money games. No CRM fixes this. Real-money marketing to Indian players is off the table. Not a CRM question. Speak to counsel first.

Suppression is only as good as the status data behind it, so the CRM needs self-exclusion, age and identity flags from your KYC provider and PAM in real time, not in a nightly batch.

Primary sources: the UK Gambling Commission’s customer interaction provision (SR 3.4.3), its direct marketing consent guidance (SR 5.1.12) and its 2026 promotions rules, and the AGCO’s Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming.

How to choose an iGaming CRM

Use this decision rule as a starting point:

  • UK or other strictly regulated markets, compliance first: shortlist Fast Track, Optimove and Symplify.
  • Sportsbook-led operator with live-event marketing: shortlist Xtremepush and Fast Track.
  • Gamification is the core of your retention strategy: shortlist Smartico, then compare with Optimove Gamify and Fast Track Rewards.
  • Already on BetConstruct or GR8 Tech: start with their native CRM and compare it against one independent vendor. The same logic applies if you are launching on one of the white label casino platforms that bundle a CRM.
  • Casino plus trading brands, or WhatsApp-heavy markets: look at Solitics and Optimove.
  • Start-up or small operator on a fixed budget: compare InTarget and OptiKPI, then check what is missing on RG and PAM integration.

Implementation and switching: what to plan for

Vendor go-live claims range from one week (InTarget) to multi-month enterprise projects, and the PAM integration usually sets the pace. Plan for these phases whichever vendor you pick:

  1. Data feed: connect the real-time event stream from your PAM, sportsbook and casino, including RG and KYC status changes.
  2. Consent and suppression: migrate consent by product and channel, then test that self-excluded and flagged players drop out of every journey.
  3. Journey rebuild: recreate welcome, reactivation and VIP journeys rather than copying old ones that may break the 2026 bonus rules.
  4. Parallel run: run old and new systems side by side with control groups before switching off the old one.

The hidden switching costs are journey rebuilds, staff retraining and historical data export. Get the export format and any exit fees in writing before you sign.

Questions to ask in every demo

  1. Show a self-excluded or harm-flagged player being removed from every live journey. How many seconds does it take?
  2. Show one player who accepts casino email but not sports SMS, and prove the CRM respects it at send time.
  3. Which PAM platforms do you integrate with natively in production, and can we speak to an operator on ours?
  4. How do you measure uplift? Show a control-group report from a live client.
  5. Is SMS and WhatsApp messaging passed through at cost, or marked up?
  6. Can offers be tagged by product and market so cross-product bonuses are blocked automatically?
  7. What does the full cost look like over three years, including set-up, active-player tiers, channels and price rises?
  8. Who owns the data, and how do we export full player and campaign history if we leave?

Red flags in a CRM demo

  • Responsible gambling is described as “something you configure yourself” with no built-in suppression.
  • Consent is stored as a single yes or no rather than by product and channel.
  • The vendor cannot name a live integration with your PAM.
  • Uplift claims come without a control group or a named client.
  • Messaging costs are bundled in a way you cannot see.
  • The demo uses only canned data, with no live journey shown end to end.
  • Comparison content from a vendor that ranks itself first. Several pages ranking for this topic are written by CRM vendors listing their own product at number one.

Next steps

Shortlist three platforms from the decision rule above, send each the same demo script, and compare written answers rather than slide decks. Your CRM depends on clean data from the rest of your stack, so check how it connects to your platform provider, your fraud detection tools and your affiliate platform before you sign.
